Ms. Slaughter has always been inspirational in my life. She has not only been a Teacher of mine when I was in elementary school. When I was acting out in school for love and attention she knew something was wrong. Ms Slaughter has always kept me lifted in prayer and encouraged me. When I would have bad days in school she would allow me to sit near her, helping me with my work and give me strategies to help me cope redirecting my day. I had a rough life. As an adult and mom Ms.Slaughter has continuously been a great coach in guiding me as a parent and is a true woman of God.
